The project has held several capacity building training courses for the electricity sector in a number of governorates  in upper Egypt including Minya, Sohag, Qena, Luxor and Aswan, where training has been conducted in theory and in practice on the withdrawals and collection of transformer oils potentially contaminated with PCBs
